Sum Say - Like Yesterday 12" LP

Super chill laid back album from Already Dead Tapes alum, Sum Say. We were introduced to Sum Say's music through Darko The Super sampling him on "There's a Horse in the Hospital". This record combines ambient music with beat culture. A really stunning piece of work that could act as a film score to an imaginary independent movie about simpler times. Maybe something about two young strangers getting mixed up in witnessing a murder and trying to solve the case. You know, a buddy comedy thriller. You hope they fall in love, but really in the end they're better as friends. That's what this album is like, reflective music for an all too fast world. Sometimes you gotta slow it down and reminisce on the past. "Like Yesterday"
